Debby White recently retired as a consultant in CarterBaldwin Executive Search’s non-profit and higher education practice where she focused on university president, cabinet and officer level executive searches. Prior to search, Debby spent 25 years in higher education in a variety of senior leadership roles. In addition, Debby was director of a Lilly Endowment grant focused on "theological explorations of vocation." Debby was a key Higher Education Consultant with Gallup where she traveled extensively providing college faculty and staff development, team coaching and individual strengths counseling to students and seminar participants at both public and private institutions. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. Debby has been involved with the Leadership Development Institutes for the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities since 1998 and speaks on the topic of strengths and giftedness in leadership roles. Debby earned her Ph.D. in Psychomusicology from the University of Washington and remains a UW Huskies football fan.
