Henley Business School

Debbie runs her own business and is the Programme Director for Henley Business School’s Developing Management Practice programme designed for new or transitioning managers across all areas of business and industries.

Her international working background spans a variety of market sectors both public and private including retail, finance, health services, engineering, charities and schools. As an executive coach Debbie focuses on both performance and career coaching to maximise individual’s abilities.

She works with organisations to develop their management and leadership capability, including designing and running bespoke programmes and working with teams as a team coach.

Debbie is described as commercial, pragmatic, engaging and fun.

As an experienced business consultant who has a Human Resources background operating at both operational and strategic levels, she spent 10 years at Marks & Spencer Plc in a variety of Senior HR roles latterly as Head of HR for a division comprising of 10,000 employees and 40 direct reports with a turnover of £1billion and a salary bill of £100 million.

Debbie is a member of a number of professional bodies, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF) , Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and The Institute of Directors (IOD). She is also trained in a wide range of psychometric tools.
