Biography

Hyper Island

For over 10 years my passion has centered around purpose and the potential of people & teams - working with leaders and teams around the globe to increase their leadership effectiveness, competence & confidence, supporting them to achieve their goals, and to create healthy working cultures that drive transformation and results.

Most of my core strategies for working effectively with individuals and teams have come from my experiences working with small businesses and multinationals in the areas of learning, facilitation, and leadership development (online, face-to-face, and blended experiences). I’ve lived and worked across the USA, and since 2005, I have lived overseas – first in New Zealand and then across Europe – continuously working individuals and teams. These experiences - working in new environments and in a variety of cultures - provide me with continuous, invaluable learning and insights that feed into my work.

In my work with Hyper Island, I lead a global Methodology team that includes Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the UK to ensure that we create diverse and purposefully curated content, theory, frameworks, and research that supports learning experiences to serve both our student and client needs. As a learning experience designer and facilitator, I design learning journeys in collaboration with clients in some of the fastest-growing companies in the world. I’m fortunate to work with global organizations that believe in continuous learning and are at the forefront of innovation; Hyper Island, IKEA, Fjord, Accenture, JCI, Google, Swedish Institute, Gyro B2B, Amgen, and Raiffeisen bank are some of my recent work experiences.
