With board level business and strategy development experience, David Whiting has been responsible for growing businesses, brands and markets at rates of 50%+ per year. His success stories involve growing Duracell from a 15% share to brand leadership contender at 32% market share, and building the organic milk market at rated of up to 65% per year as well as creating an attractive and profitable new grocery channel.

David set up his own consultancy business approximately 20 years ago and now focuses on providing consultancy and training services in marketing and business development. David holds an MA in marketing and is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He delivers courses for CIM Academy on the L4 Certificate for Customer Experience and also provides in-company and open training courses for subjects including Marketing and Brand Management, Marketing Planning, Marketing Communications and Sustainable Marketing. Clients for these courses include a range of UK and International companies in FMCG, consumer goods, services, retail and BTB.
