David Mott

Founder Partner at Oxford Capital, a specialist investment manager focused on alternative investments across venture capital, media, infrastructure and real estate. Our offices are based in Oxford and Oxford Street in London.

I am passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and supporting the UK's enterprise economy. I am the Chair of the BVCA Venture Capital Committee which aims to to support the long-term sustainability of venture capital by showcasing best practice, engaging with LPs and other stakeholders and promoting the success of our thriving enterprise economy. I am a member of YPO, the Young Presidents Organisation, London Chapter.

Prior to establishing Oxford Capital, I worked in London, Switzerland and Germany with Result Ventures, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and in Hong Kong with Jardine Fleming.

I am a passionate contemporary art collector and have a mild obsession with endurance challenges in the arctic having run the polar circle marathon and dragged a pulk across Norway. I competed for Great Britain at masters level in Modern Pentathlon at European and World Championships. Regular cyclist. Occasional golfer.
