Biography
Terry College of Business
David has 25 year experience in M&A, operations and corporate leadership. In 2001 he helped found a silicon valley startup, Cloudshield Technologies, in the network security industry and he also founded Trumantra Education Group in 2003 through a series of 5 acquisitions of for-profit, holistic education institutions. As CEO of Trumantra, David and his team achieved growth goals by Nationally Accrediting each of the portfolio schools and entering them into the Department of Education's Title IV Student Loan Program, thereby helping to achieve a 22% CAGR before selling the portfolio in 2018. David has an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. David's passion is facilitating company growth through targeted M&A activities. David and his wife, Danielle, have two adult children and live in Duluth, GA. David enjoys playing all sports, including golf, tennis, basketball and squash.
