David G. Luke, 4Forward’s President and Creative Director, is a senior consultant who has provided organizational development services and designed learning materials for managers and employees in all sectors.
He is the co-author of this Crisis Communication workshop and has assisted local and regional governments for over 20 years. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He has a Certificate in Quality, Productivity and Competitive Position from Dr. W. Edwards Deming.
