David Lecon

David is a former executive education director and highly-regarded industry expert. He has over 20 years of experience in university-based L&D in the US, Latin America, and Europe.

While at the University of Miami, David launched the Office of Executive Education. David is proud to have led the School of Business to its first national ranking as #1 provider for Latin America. He achieved this by running hundreds of custom and open programs and recruiting thousands of students. David’s executive education philosophy is simple. Turn-key services that meet the desired educational and financial outcomes of his clients. He also served in a senior leadership role at the University of Miami Alumni Association. David was responsible for alumni clubs worldwide, alumni career services, and lifelong learning.

David graduated from Tulane Law School with a J.D. degree and holds a M.A. from Saint Louis University. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, where he played varsity soccer. David speaks three languages and has dual citizenship between Spain and the United States. He lives in Coral Gables, Florida with his wife, Nico; son, Alex and daughter, Sara. Outside of work, David is an avid boater and fervent fan of Real Madrid.
