A client corporation was experiencing significant negative interpersonal professional relationships between key managers. We identified sources of conflict between the individuals and teams, and then facilitated a reconciliation to improve productivity, morale, and working relationships.

We helped a large organization identify potential leaders, conducted an intensive assessment process, and created developmental plans to ensure the success of the selected candidates.

A nation-wide insurance corporation needed to create 20 teams to investigate current and future opportunities to expand business and create new products. We taught select high potential employees team-building and meeting management skills to address their challenges, and then facilitated monthly team leader meetings to ensure the on-going success of the projects.

A manufacturing firm was experiencing unusually high levels of turnover in key positions. We interviewed current and former employees to determine reasons for the turn-over, then along with senior management, created mutually agreed upon solutions to decrease the costly problem.

A high -tech company was experiencing low levels of productivity, morale, and employee satisfaction. We facilitated a computer based survey of all employees across several sites. On a company-wide basis, we shared the findings, created solutions, and conducted skill-based workshops to address and resolve the problems.
