Biography

David Hollander is a practicing attorney in the fields of international trade and intellectual property. He received his JD from University of Maryland in 1991 and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University in 2001. He has practiced law in both the private sector and in government, serving for over six years as an Investigative Attorney with the Office of Unfair Import Investigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission. He is currently a partner, on a part-time basis, with the D.C. firm of Adduci, Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP, a boutique firm specializing in international trade, intellectual property litigation, and customs transactions.
