TWI is an independent nonprofit founded on the premise that ethics is ultimately about people and their relationships with one another. Our mission is the help students and adults judge what is right, care deeply about what is right, and do what is right. That mission is supported through: 1) our personal and organizational ethical assessments, such at the Ethics Awareness Inventory (EAI) and other TWI assessments through which over 700,000 individuals in schools and organizations have developed greater ethical competency; 2) our training classes in ethical decision making, values-based communication and ethical leadership.

Governmental, educational and business entities have benefited from TWI's unique "transformative" approach to our training programs. People come to own a much more positive perception of what they expect of themselves, each other and the organization by focusing on empowering personal responsibility for people, relationships and personal accountability--transforming the workplace and enhancing productivity.
