Singapore Management University

Daniel Seah (谢进安) is an Assistant Professor of Law (Education) at SMU. He is a successful applicant of two research grants of over S$2.5 million. He is also the recipient of awards for teaching excellence and research in higher education pedagogy. Daniel’s research and teaching interests concern ranking algorithms on social media and its effect on anti-fake news laws, Explainable Artificial Intelligence in the Metaverse, cryptocourts & decentralised dispute resolution, and Islamic divorces and access to justice.
