Biography
-
I was born in 1968. After high school and studying brewing in Weihenstephan, a career as a plant engineer, salesman, consultant, auditor and trainer followed. In 2015 my activities expanded again: as a teacher at BKU, HF, ZHAW and HAFL.
My strengths are strong analytical thinking, social skills with a high level of empathy for my conversation partners and lateral thinking in order to find new paths and help take them.
Communication is the be-all and end-all. Practical approaches are born out of action: by those involved. My approach aims to get those involved on board and thus move them from being affected to participating.
But communicating also means being able to listen, a skill that can be learned and that I use extensively.
By the way, JC stands for the farmer Johann Grimm and the stonemason Cornelius Kaufmann, my two grandfathers. I inherited down-to-earthness, values and an ever-inquiring spirit that wants to explore new horizons from both of them. I would be happy to tell you how this manifests itself in a personal conversation.
