Cristian Rodríguez Ferrera

With more than 20 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources as a both consultant and as a senior leader in companies like Danone, Sara Lee and IAG, I have also been member of the management committees of Bimbo and Vueling Airlines.

Specialized in HR, organization, strategy and labor relations, I have been an Associate Professor of HR Strategy at ESADE since 1999. I have a Bachelors in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE, and is certified in co-active coaching CPCC at CTI.

I am passionate about supporting people to meet their dreams, by working hard and achieving quick wins. One of my favourite statements bring: “If you don’t know where you are going, you will arrive at a different place.”
