Craig Cisero

Craig Cisero is senior strategist at frog, a global design consultancy and innovation strategy firm. He focuses on business design, and combines in-depth user research with market dynamics to increase the commercial impact and sustainability on client projects ranging from fire safety in the slums of Nairobi Kenya to trade finance for small and medium enterprises in Italy.

As a strategist he works closely with clients to help optimize the commercial performance of products, services, experience and businesses designed during the course of frog projects. He combines functional expertise and industry knowledge to evaluate, plan and bring new products and experiences to market. Before moving to Italy Craig worked in New York as a project lead in executive search, leading data strategy projects for wide range of SMEs, Fortune 500s and financial institutions.

Craig holds an MBA from the SDA Bocconi School of Management (Bocconi University). Craig also has a BA from the University of Maryland with a specialisation in Economics and Literature.
