Biography

Clément has more than 20 years experience in project management and complex business analysis, and is currently president of 2C Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in business analysis and project management. Clément’s expertise includes project planning, process modelling, requirements management, cost control and work flow. He has an engineering background which complements his IT experience, and has won awards for teaching in business analysis.
