For thirty years, Mr. Small worked for PepsiCo, Inc. where he was the general counsel of nearly all of PepsiCo''s current and former divisions, including Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and PepsiCo Wines & Spirits.  Mr. Small served as the senior vice president - managing attorney, PepsiCo, Inc.  In that position, Mr. Small was responsible for all legal matters arising out of PepsiCo''s global operating divisions.  From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Small was an associate with White & Case in New York City.
