EDUCATION

Lesley University, Life & Business Management; Certifications in DEIB, The PQ modality, and Life, Business, and Master Coaching

Clara Angelina Diaz-Anderson’s passion is supporting the development of authentic and heart-centered leadership globally. She is the founder of ClaraFying Coaching and Consulting Institute, where she supports leaders internationally to make systemic and lasting change through DEIB practices that include bilingual executive coaching, facilitation, coaching training certification, public speaking, business advising, and a community of leadership practice for female leaders. She is the author of the book and coaching program offered in English and Spanish, Create Your Best Year (one day at time).

A certified master coach, she teaches coaching certification, supports coaches in the development of their practice, and helps her clients who are leaders, managers, and directors to increase their emotional intelligence, coaching capabilities, self-awareness, strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, confidence, and overall sense of calm. Clara is passionate about bringing the skill of coaching world-wide, as it can serve as a great equalizer in professional development. Those who have a coach and know how to coach have an extreme advantage over those who are not aware of this leadership skill.

Clara served as instructor, facilitator, and coach at Harvard Business School in the inaugural course Interpersonal Dynamics Labs where she was part of a group of selected instructors and coaches who supported the MBA class of over 900 students. Most recently she was called to consult for The City of Boston to co-create a Covid business-ready program to help Hispanic businesses re-open during the pandemic.

Prior to her work in coaching and empowerment, Clara held the position of Lead Spanish Interpreter in the Boston Immigration Court for 10 years, where she ensured the human right to language comprehension and interpretation during high stakes and complex immigration cases.

She is a graduate of Lesley University with a self-designed degree in Life & Business Management. She holds certifications as a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) Consultant, certified in The Positive Intelligence (PQ) modality and certifications in Life, Business, and Master coaching from the Strategic Learning Alliance.
