Research Interests

My research focuses on human resources management and organizational behaviors in teams operating in knowledge-intensive organizations. Particularly I consider three themes in my research: (1) knowledge management and innovation in teams; (2) team boundary spanning behaviors and team effectiveness; (3) leadership in upper echelons and organizational change.
