Biography
Christophe Bonnet is associate professor in finance at Grenoble Ecole de Management. His main areas of teaching and research are corporate finance, corporate governance, entrepreneurial finance and private equity. Christophe graduated as an engineer in agronomy. He holds an MBA of HEC Paris, a MSc of the University of Paris Dauphine, and a PhD in Management. Christophe''s professional background is in corporate finance and in private equity. Before joining GEM he was a financial controller at Roussel Uclaf (a pharmaceutical company now part of Sanofi) and a private equity investor with Permira, a leading European firm in venture capital and management buyouts. Christophe is also a lecturer in executive education seminars in finance. He has published academic articles as well as two books: "Finance entrepreneuriale: financer la création et la croissance de l''entrepise innovante" (Economica) and "OPA, OPE & LBO" (with Michel Albouy, Economica).
