Biography
Christine is a skilled health industry administrator with extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of segments of the Ontario and Canadian health care environment. She has worked on projects with for-profit and non-profit organizations, including developing, implementing and evaluating strategic and operational plans, business cases, and commercialization plans. The underlying themes throughout her career have been large-scale transformational change and quality improvement. She has specific experience in all stages of hospital redevelopment, electronic patient record implementation and integrated care.
She is dedicated to professional development and is always looking for interesting volunteer opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of the health care landscape. Christine is a member of the Canadian College of Health Leaders, a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals, has completed courses through IHI's Open School and is Six‐Sigma Green Belt certified.
Research focus: integrated care service delivery networks
Specialties: change management, quality and process improvement, project management, performance management, integrated care.
