Christina Yu is a learning technology executive focused on emerging learning technologies that unlock workforce potential and productivity. She is the CMO of NovoEd, a capability building platform that combines social and collaborative learning to unlock performance readiness at scale and with measurable impact. Prior to her current role, she built the brand identity and growth strategy at Mursion (a virtual reality platform for human skills at work) and served on the founding leadership team of a new PasS adaptive learning division at McGraw-Hill Education working to open and license technology to corporate learning and higher education partners. The role built on her experience managing a portfolio of adaptive products in the Higher-Ed division. Earlier in her career, she worked at the edtech startup Knewton in a variety of product, learning, and business roles, and taught English literature and composition at Kean University and Southern Connecticut State. She speaks frequently at human capital conferences on the subjects of soft skills, learning science and the psychology of performance.

Prior to her work in technology, she was a published fiction writer and served on the editorial staff of major literary magazines and publishers including Hachette Book Group. She holds a degree in English and Creative Writing from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, earned while working full-time. Her creative work has been cited in the Best American series.

Publications in nationally circulated literary journals. Top 1% of Dartmouth College, early Phi Beta Kappa, numerous awards earned individually and on behalf of organizations, across many disciplines, creative and business-oriented.
