Biography

UCL School of Management

Christina is a marketer, an entrepreneur and an all-round make-stuff-happen type. She spent much of her career managing and growing FMCG brands worth in excess of £100 million and then turned her hand to startups and has never looked back since. She’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs and SMEs with practical marketing training and advice, and has also co-founded two technology start-ups herself so knows first-hand what it is like to launch and grow a new business. Her first technology business launched in 2012 and was acquired by Enterprise Nation in 2015; her second was acquired by a large corporation early 2017.

Christina joined UCL in 2017 to teach Entrepreneurial Marketing and Analytics and has a high-tempo and practical teaching style with a collaborative learning-by-doing approach that encourages students to apply what is learnt to their own startup ideas. When not at UCL she continues to actively work in the startups space, whether this is in an advisory capacity to other peoples’ startups or by testing new startup ventures of her own. As well as this she is an active mentor at Bathtub2Boardroom and is a Board Trustee for the young charity Breadwinners.
