Biography
Henley Business School
Chris is a lecturer in organisational behaviour. His academic background is in psychology applied to work and organisations and he is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. Chris was awarded a PhD in Management Science by King’s College London and has held research and teaching posts at the University of Oxford, King’s College London and Middlesex University.
Chris’s research examines aspects of relationships at work and their effects on individuals and organisations. His research has particularly focused on relationships between people, including issues of conflict and bullying in the workplace. Additionally, he has investigated relationships between individuals and organisations, particularly in the form of psychological contracts and the process of organisational socialisation.
