Chris Melchiades

Chris Melchiades is the new Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Fellipelli, a human development consultancy. She replaces Américo Figueiredo, who leaves the company after leading a restructuring of the business. Américo now dedicates himself to consulting and teaching activities in Business Schools.

At Fellipelli since 2010, Chris is responsible for the Rio branch. She assumes the new position with the main challenge of further integrating the Fellipelli Group. For this, she will have the support of the partner and founder of the Group, Adriana Fellipelli. Together, they will lead the development of new products and the expansion of the business.
