In 2006, shifted to real estate portfolio management. Overseeing capital reinvestment and P&L for over 4+ million square feet, >$400 million portfolio of federally-owned and lease properties.

Developed, pitched GSA management and gained buy-in to build one of the largest roof-mounted solar (PV) installation (1.1 MW) in our inventory.
