Experience

Christopher brings a unique and diverse set of experiences into each program he facilitates at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Before joining CCL, Christopher worked as a management consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, consulting with Fortune 500 companies in the consumer goods, banking and finance and retail
sector. In addition to his consulting work, Christopher worked as a trainer and facilitator across the Asia‐Pacific for an Australian non‐profit, building leadership and communication capacity. Christopher has also worked in the wealth management and advisory space with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group.

Current Role

Christopher currently serves as a senior faculty, Australia lead (leadership solutions) and regional portfolio lead for several CCL open enrolment programs, including the flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP). Christopher provides leadership solution design and facilitation, working with individuals and teams at all levels
of the organisation. Christopher has served numerous and diverse CCL clients throughout the world in industries including automotive, aviation, banking and finance, consumer goods, government, manufacturing, management consulting, non-profits and pharmaceutical.

Educational Background

Christopher received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Sydney. He received his first Master’s degree in International Business and Marketing awarded from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Christopher received his second Master’s Degree in 2012 in Human Development and Psychology, from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. During this program he focused on Adult Development and Effective Leadership Communication.

Professional Affiliations

In 2011, Christopher founded two Harvard clubs aimed at developing leadership capacity across the Harvard graduate schools and in 2012 presented his research at the Harvard Student Research Conference, “Asian immigrants in the Australia Workplace: The keys to unlocking their career success”.

He also lectured at Harvard University (The Graduate School of Education) on persuasion, communication and effective collaboration.

Christopher is certified in the Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Workplace Big 5, Influence Style Indicator, The Decision Style Profile, Total SDI assessment, FourSight, Innovation Strengths Preference Indicator, The challenge of change assessment, Firo B and Firo Business, the CCL suite of 360 assessments, and Hogan
Assessments. Christopher is currently undertaking the Conflict Dyanmics Profile 360 and the Global Leadership Profile assessment certification.
