The Chartered Institute of Marketing

I bring more than two decades of experience in technology PR, digital strategy and journalism. I am also a conference speaker, digital skills trainer and tech copywriter with international reach and major brand experience. I trade as Eight Moon Media Ltd.

Recent career highlights include:

  • Agency-side lead for the global launch of Philips’ male grooming content and social media, which included multi-market, multi-agency management (Emanate)
  • Headed up digital skills training worldwide at Grayling for three years
  • Led "Hilton Matchmaker" Facebook campaign, which won ‘bronze’ at the Travel Marketing Awards 2016 (Grayling)
  • Led development of Grayling’s online crisis simulator, Storm
  • PRCA-accredited trainer, speaker and awards judge
  • Keynoted at conferences around the world, including BrightonSEO and Econsultancy Digital Cream Singapore twice
  • Ran influencer relations for key brands, including Philips and Ubisoft - including the launch of the 2011 Christmas bestseller, Just Dance 3 (Emanate) - and EliteSingles (Mash PR)
  • On organising committee for TEDxRTW 2019
  • Trained students at the London College of Communication
  • Regular contributor for City AM on marketing issues

I have consulted a wide range of clients on digital and PR projects, including Polycom, Xerox, PayPal, Amadeus, Kenya and Croatian National Tourist Board.

I also contributed to the University of Westminster's New Media Knowledge resource between 2008-2014.

In journalism, I've written for IT Week, Computing and Computer Reseller News. I also led the team that won Business Blog of the Year 2007 for tech consultancy Rainier PR (now Speed Communications).
