I am an experienced strategist, coach and facilitator in taking achievers to the next level.

After a successful 15-year career in international marketing in North America and Europe, I moved into the field of leadership development and high performance coaching for C-suite executives, business leaders and aspiring achievers. I have been working with THNK since October 2015, delivering Leadership programming to clients across Canada.

I have trained and coached over 5,000 executives and leaders and am a highly sought-after adviser and facilitator delivering keynotes and workshops in over 30 countries for some of the world’s top performing companies including BBC Worldwide, British Telecom, eBay, EA Games, Goldman Sachs, General Electric, Microsoft, Maersk Oil, PwC, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Reckitt Benckiser and Vodafone.

For nearly two decades, I have been on the cutting-edge in teaching the modern skills and strategies for success, productivity, business growth and personal mastery combining insights from business leaders, high-performing achievers and world-class athletes with the new sciences of sustainable high performance. In 2013, I was named runner-up as Trainer/Speaker of the Year and Mover/Shaker of the Year by the Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultants.

Admired for my energy, passion and ability to engage audiences, I also walk my talk: I am a 3x National Champion athlete, an Ironman triathlete, have run marathons in Europe, Africa and the US, climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, and am an award-winning photographer. For my commitment and contribution to helping others I was selected as an official London 2012 Olympic Games Torchbearer.

I now live in Toronto after 11 years working in the UK. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario.
