Experience

Chris is a seasoned organization development and talent management leader with more than 25 year’s experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations improve their leadership effectiveness and performance. In his career, Chris has worked in internal OD and Human Resources roles as well as an external consultant.

Prior to CCL, Chris served as the Director of HR and Global Talent Development for Banner Life Sciences responsible for the company’s first talent management programs. At Wake Forest Baptist Health, Chris was the Director of Organizational Development, building the medical center’s leadership development curricula.

At Raychem Corporation (now TE Connectivity), Chris led the training function for a manufacturing plant, managed the corporate learning and development department in the San Francisco Bay Area, and led training and change management for an enterprise‐level software project, living in Brussels and working across several European countries.

While working for two boutique consulting firms, Chris certified trainers in the Situational Leadership© Model and provided clients with training in team development and communication skills. Chris also led consulting engagements with clients focusing on process improvement and change management initiatives.

Current Role

Based in Singapore, Chris leads our team of internal and associate faculty in the APAC region. Chris serves as lead faculty for our Leadership at the Peak (LAP) and Leading for Organizational Impact (LOI) programs. Chris also develops and delivers custom solutions for clients across the region, and facilitates team effectiveness programs for senior leaders and their organizations.

Educational Background

Chris earned a M.A. in Education and Human Development from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a B.A. in Public Affairs / Journalism from Keene State College in Keene, N.H. Chris is a Certified Career Coach through Career Partners International and is also certified in MBTI, FIRO‐B, Workplace Big 5, Situational Leadership©, and CCL’s Benchmarks Assessment Suite.

Professional Affiliations

Chris has been a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resources Management. Chris serves as an adjunct career coach with a HR consulting company in the US.
