Biography

Simon Chan received his Ph.D., M.Phil., and BA (Hons) with first class honors (Organizational Behavior/ Human Resources Management) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before he joined the university, he has taught undergraduate subjects in general management and human resources management. He has published research papers in International Journal of Human Resources Management, Information System Journal, Personnel Review, International Journal of Innovation and Learning. His main research interests focus mainly on organizational behavior, and in particular Chinese leadership.
