Biography

Cox School of Business

I get excited when leaders want to change - themselves, their teams, their companies in ways both small and large to deliver spectacular results. I help leaders and their teams think clearly about their future then create ways to make the future possible. Whether it is working with senior leaders at the strategic levels of the business, helping mid level managers make the transition to the next level, or helping the first time leader, I meet them where they are to move forward. Change can be hard, but it doesn't have to be. It can be fun, rewarding, and energizing.

Most of my experience has been focused on sales and sales leaders in industries ranging from pharma, transportation, financial services, information technology, telecommunications, to retail services. When companies need to grow, they look to their sales force first and customers have changed dramatically in their demands and expectations in the past decade. It's a new game and to be successful leaders must lead differently.
