Wake Forest University School of Business

In his role as the Global Sustainability Manager for Amcor Rigid Plastics, Charlie Schwarze drives key sustainability initiatives in the areas of manufacturing operations, product development, marketing, government affairs, and innovation. Charlie also holds board positions on the National Association of PET Container Resources (NAPCOR) and The Recycling Partnership. His focus areas include increasing post-consumer use as well as product stewardship initiatives for Amcor products.

Charlie holds an MBA and Masters in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan and resides with his wife and two daughters in Raleigh, NC.
