Charles Waldman

Charles Waldman, a graduate of Essec and Doctor (DBA) from Harvard Business School, is a professor in Executive Education at NEOMA Business School and Director of Golbal Executive MBA. Former dean of ESSEC, he has been professor of marketing at INSEAD, CEDEP and China Europe International School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. He has been visiting professor at Boston University, Macquarie University in Sydney, Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University and the Catholic University of Lisbon. Charles has also been Senior Vice President Marketing & Sales at Club Méditerranée. A top professional in executive education, which he has been developing for more than 30 years, his main areas of expertise are strategic marketing and distribution, service and customer experience issues.
