Graziadio School of Business and Management

Dr. Kerns has more than 30 years of business, management and consulting experience. Through his private consulting firm, Corperformance Inc., Dr. Kerns has implemented performance-based management systems for companies in many industries. In 1998, he merged his practice with an international consulting firm where he served as director of organizational consulting before joining the Graziadio School as an associate professor of applied behavioral science. He has taught in nearly every program at the Graziadio School and served as the associate dean of academic affairs. In his work he strives to integrate his consulting, teaching, and writing. His is an expert in designing and implementing high-performance, positive-oriented work cultures. Dr. Kerns is a diplomate and holds ABPP certifications in both industrial-organizational psychology and organizational and business consulting psychology.
