Biography

Getting teams to achieve incredible things in incredibly short amounts of time is only a part of what I do.
Marketing teams, project teams, cross-functional and multicultural teams, teams engaged in social, environmental, or business activities. In over 15 years, I've helped thousands of teams reach their goals and beyond. Working together in one place or at a distance, using various digital tools and social platforms, I've never met a team I couldn't get to move beyond the routine performance factor and into higher performance.
As a multicultural, multilingual expert in online group identity, I find myself working online with people from around the world. I help them create mission statements, slogans, taglines, social media branding, enticing product and service descriptions (yes, it's possible!), SEO copywriting and more.
