Experience
Prior to joining the Center, Chad worked with both large and small firms, holding positions in finance with a large pharmaceutical company, and sales and management roles in specialty retail, furniture manufacturing, and music production and distribution.

Chad joined the Center in 2002 as an account manager focused on CCL’s open-enrollment line of business. His prior roles at CCL include Strategic Account Manager for the Center’s key global accounts, Regional Sales Director for the Eastern Region, and Director of Account Management.

Current Role
Chad’s current role at CCL is as the Vice President, Americas Sales. In this role he manages the Center’s business development functions across three regions that span North and South America. The team works with strategic accounts to identify their leadership development needs and to connect them with the right solution from among CCL’s diverse programs, products and services. In addition, Chad oversees sales operations and enablement functions, and partners with Global Marketing to drive customer experience.

Chad’s ultimate responsibility is to guarantee CCL’s promise to partner with clients to develop leaders and generate results that matter for the benefit of the individuals and the organizations of which they are a part.

Educational Background
Chad majored in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is certified in the delivery of CCL’s 360-degree assessments and has attended the Leadership Development Program® and the Looking Glass Experience®.
