Biography

CC Cameron is a Senior Talent Management Consultant and Executive Coach with Right Management, the global leader in talent and career management workforce solutions within ManpowerGroup.

Dr. Cameron has a background in implementing innovative, world-class talent management initiatives and leadership development programs that drive profitability and business success. She has worked with a range of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups, and her experience has taken her around the world where she has consulted for clients in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

CC is passionate about working with women leaders as they face challenges associated with fulfilling their career aspirations. She has provided thought-leadership in the design of specialized leadership “learning journeys” for women across countless industries, helping them amplify their executive presence and leadership “brand” for game-changing results on their career trajectories.

Prior to joining the Right Management team, Dr. Cameron consulted for the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego and was an internal leadership consultant and executive coach to the Deans and Department Administrators at Harvard University. To leverage her passion for helping leaders amplify their influence and impact at work, Dr. Cameron co-authored a dynamic leadership book titled, Play to Your Strengths, published in 2009 by Career Press.
