Carolyn Ellison is an entrepreneurial senior marketing executive with experience in building brands across diverse business models in both the for-profit and not-for-profit worlds. Her expertise lies in crafting strategy, inspiring innovation, and driving execution excellence to deliver outstanding business results.

As both a corporate brander and strategic consultant, Carolyn has contributed to the success and award-winning campaigns of many top CPG brands (A-1 Steak Sauce, Cream of Wheat), premium distilled spirit marquees (Tanqueray Gin, Hennessy Cognac, Remy Martin Cognacs), and entertainment entities (Upper Deck, Leigh Steinberg, Universal Entertainment). In her role as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Scholastic Book Fairs, she spearheaded the development of a renowned, digitally driven engagement effort to support a world record setting summer reading initiative for children.

Committed to the education of the next generation of leaders, Carolyn has served as an adjunct professor at Touro College, New York Institute of Technology, and Pace University. Under the leadership of the National Urban League, she managed the movement's oldest and only national direct service effort, which paired college students with professional mentors.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She resides in Bethesda, MD, with her family.
