Carl Lemieux is a partner, co-owner of MindSpace and General Manager of MindSpace in Business. It offers clinical and organizational services. Her practice focuses on unlocking the full potential of individuals by clarifying values, life intentions and sources of happiness, while increasing awareness of automatic reflexes and routines that tend to keep us in the past.
In business, Carl provides cultural transformation, executive coaching, and leadership development services, all of which utilize mindfulness as a strategic lever to enhance human and organizational potential. He works with clients in both English and French.
With over 30 years of experience, Carl has supported the design of complex transformation initiatives and supported executive teams through this process. His involvement begins with the upgrading of the corporate strategy to arrive at the design of transformation pathways, to guide individuals towards the expected results.
Carl is an accredited industrial and organizational psychologist from the University of Montreal and the University of Ottawa, as well as a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. He holds an EMBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also a qualified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR; Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts) and trained in Accreditation of Acceptance and Engagement (ACT).
