Cao Jing

Jing is the Director of a Chinese language and cultural advice service business and comes from a background in tourism and hospitality. It was during his early years working in the hotel industry in Switzerland that he became aware of the importance of understanding the customers’ backgrounds and needs. Jing's expertise is in cultural competency training, particularly in the areas of cross-cultural communication skills and workplace skills. Jing has been working closely with many industries including tertiary education, wine, tourism, and resources. Jing has a unique and energetic training style, deftly combing humour and practical experience to create an engaging learning environment.
