Bülent Gögdün focuses at ESMT Berlin on technology-based industries and executive coaching. Having studied mechanical engineering, Bülent enjoys working with technology companies. His four years of work experience as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group triggered a personal search for alternative consulting approaches to support the development of executives and organizations. Today, he strongly believes in coaching as one of the most effective leadership development tools. He has continually participated in professional training in this field.

In addition to his work as program director and coach, Bülent acts as an educational consultant supporting clients with their strategy development challenges and change management efforts.
