Mr. Little has over 15 years of experience advising middle market clients on M&A and capital raise transactions, with a keen focus on lifestyle brands within the broader consumer sector. Mr. Little earned both his M.B.A. and B.S. from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder as well as a FINRA-registered General Securities Principal and possesses Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
