Profile

Brian Isaacson specializes in the facilitation of results-based alignment. His most significant contribution to date is a $2,5 billion impact for a multi-business organization, through a specialised action learning process.

Brian’s tertiary qualifications include a Research Master’s degree in Human Resources, with specific focus on performance, quality, productivity and motivation.

Brian enjoyed a 16-year corporate career, 10 of which he contributed in an executive capacity.  His deliverables included the creation of policies and designs in the following areas: strategy, performance management, leadership development (embedding high performance culture and leveraging diversity and change), process consultation and action learning. Brian has been an independent consultant since 1997.

Brian is regarded as a leading practitioner in the field of Action Learning. As an organization development specialist, he provides groundbreaking designs that ensure successful learning – learning that mobilises and motivates large groups, while simultaneously delivering results.

A large part of Brian’s success is great partnerships. Over 16 years of consulting, Brian has affiliated with leading international consultancies to produce high impact designs, tailored to each client’s unique requirements.  Although based in Johannesburg, South Africa, more than half of Brian’s consulting contributions are international, with special focus in the rapidly developing Gulf States Region.

His reputation in consulting, often dealing with alignment issues in senior groups, is one of discretion when coaching top executives.

Brian was one of a few international consultants selected to deliver the Lego Serious Play© strategy development tool. During the launch phase of this breakthrough method, Brian was acknowledged as the most successful practitioner.
