Biography

Borja develops his professional activity as an Executive Coach and consultant to Business Families. He is an executive coach in the IESE Business School (Barcelona), where he works with high level international directors. He is also a visiting Professor at IE Business School (Madrid) and ESADE Business School (Barcelona).

He combines this activity with that of a shareholder (17th generation) of Raventós Codorniu, a company with over 460 years and considered the oldest family business in Spain and one of the oldest in the world. He was a member of its Board of Directors for over 8 years.

Borja has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the FFI. In addition he is an international lecturer in subjects relating to leadership and conflict management within family businesses. He has done conferences in various countries in Europe, Asia, South America and USA (FBN).

Prior to this, he worked for more than 15 years in multinationals such as Sara Lee and Ferrero, occupying management positions and leading international teams.
