Bill Rossiter is Principal at Interrupt, a brand distillery. Interrupt helps Fortune 1000 companies in the building materials and home improvement industries distill down their brand to the pure essence that will capture their unique position in the industry. Previous to taking over Interrupt eleven years ago, Bill spent 20 years with Owens Corning in sales, marketing, operations and general management roles. Many of his unique business concepts are represented in his two recent books; Diverge – Stand Out in the Sea of Sameness and Creating a Killer CX.
