Bill Budo is a business technology executive with broad experience developing strategies and delivering programs that advance business operations, reduce cost and achieve competitive advantage by leveraging information technology. He is currently the director of strategic programs at Premera Blue Cross, where he responsible for delivering technology solutions that transforms passive health plan members into active health consumers and for empowering employers in creating a culture of health within their companies. He is a certified Project Management Professional with significant experience building, improving, consolidating and leading project management organizations. He holds a bachelor’s of science in computer science from DePaul University.
