I help early stage startups along their entrepreneurial journey, by designing and executing pre-accelerator and accelerator programs. In the last year, I have worked with 200+ awesome startups, including Aerofiler, Canopus Networks, Numu and Givvable.

I love angel investing and so far have invested in Tiliter, Alectio, Mesh++, Startchy, SuperRare, Yotta Savings and Kernal Biologics.

Experience

UNSW Program Manager - Founders Program, UNSW Entrepreneurship, Division of Enterprise May 2019 – Present Sydney, Australia • I design and execute the UNSW Founders pre-accelerator programs - supported 200+ startups through these programs so far. Startups range from idea stage to post-revenue and capital raise. • Work with 100+ speakers and mentors, who contribute to the programs • Support Founders Accelerator programs - help recruit and assess top teams to invest in. Most of the Accelerator startups have also completed the pre-accelerator programs. • Support other UNSW Founders programs, including mentor in New Wave Program, addressing the gender gap in entrepreneurship and the Peter Farrell Cup, our prestigious pitch competition.

Incubator Program Coordinator Macquarie University Sydney, Australia • Designed and executed the Incubator’s programs and activities – including 60 events and three programs running for the first time; pre-accelerator program, pre-accelerator social enterprise program and entrepreneurial mindset and emotional intelligence program. • Started the monthly Women Leaders and Innovators Meetings (50-100 participants per month) and MQ Incubator Meetup group (1000+ members) • Campaigned over 2000 innovators as new community members
 • Supported 30+ startups in the coworking space • Influenced the Global Leadership Program to include Innovation and Entrepreneurship activities in their credit table • Connected with the Sustainability Office, won the Incubator’s first Target Better Futures award and put it on track to be more sustainable. • Supported the University Global Incubator Program - coordinated the National University of Singapore Summer Program the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology exchange program.

Graphic Designer smartvillage GmbH, PINC Solutions Mar 2017 – Jul 2017 Munich Area, Germany • Redesigned company presentations, websites and marketing materials, resulting in new projects with clients such as Adidas, and improved relationships with sponsors incl. Haworth and Glamox • Assisted in development of smartmountain - off-site, team building retreats for startups in the Bavarian Alps, and smartacademy – workshops on “new ways of working” • Supported the startup community by organising events and providing guidance on design-related tasks.

Founder Stax Maths Mar 2016 – Feb 2017 • Designed maths-based children's educational toy • Raised $20,000 via Kickstarter • Shipped products to over 100 customers world-wide, generated online sales and received repeat orders, incl. prominent Australian school supply retailer Modern Star and early childhood education centres, Froebel Australia and Germany
