Bennett Chiles is an Assistant Professor of Management in the strategy area at Columbia Business School. Her research explores issues at the intersection of competitive strategy and behavioral economics, with a particular focus on information disclosure and deceptive business practices. She received her Ph.D. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has previously worked in strategy consulting, data analytics, and the non-profit sector.

RESEARCH

My primary body of work explores issues at the intersection of competitive strategy and behavioral economics, with a particular focus on information disclosure and deceptive business practices. A second stream of research focuses on broad strategic issues in the pharmaceutical sector.
