Biography

BI Norwegian Business School

Brøgger holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oslo, Department of Social Anthropology from 2001. Her research experience includes several long-term field works in South-East Asia and a number of R&D-projects in companies and organizations in Norway. In 2007-2009 she was visiting scholar at the University of Chicago. Other work experience is in commercial banking and the finance department in public administration. Brøgger was research director at the Work Research Institute from 2011-2013, when she became professor in business development and innovation at BI. She teaches and supervises students at all levels, bachelor, master and Ph.d.
